Taguig Community Awareness towards Resilient and Empowered Students

Pioneered different programs to ensure the safety of the students against illegal drugs, bullying, and abuse.

  • Helping Others find Peace and Encouragement (HOPE)
  • Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE)
  • Directing through Recreation, Education, Arts, and Music (DREAM)
  • Prevent, Rehabilitate, and Overcome the Trauma of Exploitation among Children and Teenagers (PROTECT)
  • Youth Outreach Towards Understanding Truth and Humanity (YOUTH)

Taguig Community Awareness towards Resilient and Empowered Students and Every Nation Leadership Institute (ENLI) created a HOPE Manual titled "Tara USAP" (Understanding the Self and Appreciating my Personality) that tackles about information on mental health and well-being, and promote safe space and community for high school students.

As part of the city's mental health initiatives, the City of Taguig inaugurated seven (7) HOPE Centers in public schools on October 8, 2025:

  • Upper Bicutan National High School
  • Taguig Science High School
  • Sen. Renato "Compañero" Cayetano Memorial Science and Technology High School
  • Makati Science High School
  • Bagumbayan National High School
  • Monlimar Development Academy (MDA)
  • Signal Village National High School

The HOPE Centers, short for Helping Each Other find Peace and Encourage, will serve as safe spaces for students to reflect, connect, and engage in meaningful conversations with one another.
