The farm sits on a 2,500-hectare land beside Lakeshore Hall, Barangay Lower Bicutan. It integrates different kinds of urban farming setups – from gardens that showcase space-saving vertical farming to wooden rack and pole gardens.
It produces variety of vegetables, root crops, gourds, beans, and spices.
The urban farms in the City of Taguig have hydroponics, aquaponics, and a greenhouse.
The school and community farms promote organic farming and healthier lifestyle to every Taguigeño.
Harvested vegetables are being brought to different facilities in the City such as Taguig-Pateros District Hospital, Bahay Pag-asa, Taguig Lingap Center, BJMP Ward, Taguig Love Caravan, and School Feeding Program.
The Taguig Agricultural Office visits every barangay to offer free livelihood training on food processing of agriculture products and by-products. The training aims to engage Taguigeños to start a small business by processing vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, eggs, etc.

The Taguig City Agriculture Office conducts free seminars on urban gardening in every barangay. They discuss the benefits of urban gardening such as its ability to provide an additional source of food and income, promote natural farming, and help prevent malnutrition. Each participant will receive free seeds and crops to plant in their homes.

The Gulayan Contest encouraged the Taguigeños to engage in urban gardening, promote sustainability and strengthen food security in the City. The participants competed in three (3) categories: Youth, Adult, and Senior Citizen. Winners received cash prizes of Php 15,000 for first place, Php 10,000 for second place, and Php 5,000 for third place, while consolation prizes of Php 1,000 were awarded to all other participants. Additionally, 24 of the City's oldest rooftop gardens were recognized for their contributions to urban farming.
The City of Taguig supports and protects the livelihood of Farmers and Fisherfolks through the establishment of Taguig Agro-Industrial Hub which promotes sustainable living and ensures the availability, accessibility, nutritious, affordable, and quality food at all times.
The City of Taguig distributed fishing paraphernalia and foliar fertilizers to registered fishermen and melon growers from twelve (12) barangays in the City. The initiative aims to ensure abundant fish catches and harvests during melon season, providing Taguigeños with access to sufficient, safe, nutritious, and sustainable food.
